Here is our apprentice and soon to be licensed director, Kayla, showing off our elegant McKenzie Walnut casket.
The McKenzie Walnut is a solid wooden casket that is commonly selected by families due to its twist detailing on the bottom including the lining of the casket lid, as well as the soft white crepe interior that beautifully compliments the stain of the wood on both models available. The McKenzie is not only available in Walnut with the Satin Walnut Finish, but Sangria as well, which has a High Gloss Sangria finish.
Another reason that families are purchasing our McKenzie style casket is the price. It is one of our more middle-ground cost caskets that we have available for purchase at the funeral home. Rosalia Stanfa was welcomed into her eternal home on August 18th, 2025, after a courageous battle with bile duct cancer (cholangiocarcinoma). The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude for the love, prayers, and support shown during this difficult time.

It is with both heavy hearts and grateful spirits that we share the passing of Daniel Vargas, age 33, who left us unexpectedly on Saturday, August 16, 2025. Born February 5, 1992, to Elizabeth and Alberto Vargas, Daniel was truly one of a kind — the sort of man you wish could stay here forever.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Patricia Nowak, who left us far too soon on August 6th, 2025, at the age of 33 in Chicago, Illinois.
A memorial service to celebrate Patricia’s life will be held at St. Zachary Catholic Church, located at 567 W. Algonquin Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016, on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Patricia's family is in our thoughts at this time.
