Whyyyy? The moment I roll out my yoga mat, Bella wants to settle in.😄
Without fail, if I dont put up the little doggy gate, this girl thinks the yoga mat is rolled out for HER!
Does your pet do this too? Or is she a rare yoga-dog-diva!? 🐕
I am always so grateful for a little space of home for my practice. And, when possible, I let Bella in this room so she can dramatically roll around on the plush carpet and dig her nails into my well-loved yoga mat. 🐈

Tonight, while our participants were relaxing in savasana, I glanced over and was filled with gratitude.
All of these shoes, all of these wonderful people. Carving out this time to care for themselves. 💕 Sharing their evening with me. I'm just so very grateful.

When I'm not teaching online yoga classes, this room has many purposes.
Legos, school work, marble track building set, craft projects... but mostly, it's Bella's favorite spot for a nap.

So grateful that I can dedicate a little space in our house to offer online yoga!
* a little change in the schedule this week: no Monday night class. 💗Just taking a day with the kids. 🤸It feels like summer is flying by ☀️
Scoot the furniture over, pour your coffee, roll out your mat, and log on in your pajamas for Mindful Morning with me 6-6:45am. ☕️

- Want to get moving, get your heart rate up? Cool, try a Vinyasa class.
- Want something Gentle, where you don't have to go up and down a billion times? Cool, try Chair Yoga.

Drop-in classes at Lakeview Center!
💗 We get it. ☀️Summer can get hectic, and signing up for a full session feels like too much commitment.
All good! You can just Drop-in. ✔️
Arrive about 10 minutes before class starts, pay with a credit card, and roll out your mat.
3️⃣ options for Slow Flow!
☮️This beginner’s class is designed for folks who would like to take their time while finding a little flow.
Slow Flow will incorporate traditional yoga poses in a more gentle way, while still focusing on strength and flexibility.
Expect some modifications and adjustments to focus on accessibility, as well as gentle breathing techniques.

✔️Hi friends, just wanted to check in. No online classes, no classes at Frisbie, no classes at LVC, and no classes at Prairie Lakes.
We hit the road! 🌄 I'm out camping,🐾 hiking with Bella, road tripping with my family, roasting marshmallows, canoeing, and swimming!
So very grateful for the opportunity to unplug for a bit (I secretly love that we get really spotty service here!)
Classes start back up again 6/23, see you then 💕
