Confession: I canceled my online morning yoga class so I could make birthday sprinkle waffles for Paige!
Our schedules are so full lately, and I'm excited that my kids have activities and sports they are interested in. But it means birthdays are celebrated at breakfast, because it's when we are together! 🧇 🎉

This beautiful girl is the best yoga partner. She is the chillest of chill. She is clocked in, and ready to relax.💓🐕
I am so grateful for the opportunities I have to bring yoga TO people. Happy that I can bring yoga to assisted living facilities, group homes, workplaces, libraries and more.
I have always been dedicated to accessibility, and I'm so proud of the ways I can "meet people where they are" (literally and figuratively!) 🙂

As studios in our area are sharing $20-25 for a drop in class, I am so very grateful that Des Plaines Park District is dedicated to ensuring yoga is accessible to our community.

Tonight, over at Lakeview Center, we took a liiiiiitle extra time for a few Restorative Yoga poses and our bodies needed it!
I think with the time change, and the shifts in weather ❄️ it's especially important to take time to care for yourself. It might now change the 🧊 cold weather, but we can ensure we are ready.
Rooted.
Connected.
Grateful.

56° and sunny, felt like summer today!
I am embracing these fall temps, but always welcome a few extra days to wear flip flops. 😁🩴
No matter what the weather is outside, it's always perfect weather for online yoga!
No need to worry about rain and umbrellas, or bulky layers to brave the cold.
Hey- you don't even need to brush your teeth!
Join us on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 6-6:45am, for Online Mindful Morning yoga.
Take time to gently wake up your body, so you ate ready for whatever comes your way.
