I guide people through somatic practices & nervous system regulation to come back to SELF, release stuck mental & physical patterns held in the body, and live with more purpose, agency, & alignment.

This year has been a lot of shedding and rewriting.
Old loops, old identities, old ways of relating.
It’s uncomfortable, but it’s also clearing space for what’s next.

Today is day 36 of quitting w**d — and honestly, that’s how you know you’re on the other side… when you stop counting.

W**d helped me feel safe enough to stay in my body and actually feel and process what I needed to.
It started as medicine, but eventually it became a crutch — maybe even an addiction.

Instead of helping me, it was getting in my way.
It was keeping me in this artificially relaxed state, instead of letting my system shift between different nervous system states the way it’s meant to — responding to life as it happens.

And I was scared to stop.
I didn’t know if I’d be able to feel good in my body without it.
The first few weeks were rough — no motivation, real withdrawals — but it’s been worth it.

I don’t see it as bad. It really supported me when I needed it.
But I was done outsourcing my healing.
I don’t need it to access certain nervous system states.
My body already knows how to.

✨ I’ll be sharing more about plant “medicine”, addiction, and the nervous system — follow for more.

Release doesn’t always look like crying, shaking, or big cathartic moments.

Sometimes it shows up through the body — coughing, breakouts, rashes, nausea, or deep fatigue.

This isn’t hormonal or diet-related.
I’ve been moving through a lot emotionally, and my body is purging in its own way.

When I said it can get “ugly,” I meant it can feel messy — not that acne or symptoms are ugly.

They’re just raw, real, and part of the body’s natural way of clearing what’s no longer needed.

I used to get stuck in these states and shut down.
Now I recognize them as part of the process — temporary waves moving through, not something everlasting.

Healing doesn’t always look beautiful, but it is.

✨ What are some ways your body lets you know you’re releasing or processing something?
