30s man left hip pain for years. Unable to run. Leg goes numb when he sits figure-of-4. Traumatic femur fracture in his teens. Prior surgeon later took out the interlocking screws but left the nail in because he “couldn’t get it out.”

Exam shows hip impingement. Side to side foot progression is different.
