I check the Humane Society website a little too often… and one day I saw this sweet little grey kitten. I kept going back to see if he’d been adopted, but a week passed and he was still there. So we decided to go get him. When we arrived, we found out he had a sister. And we quickly understood why they hadn’t been adopted… they were both sick, scared, and completely shut down. Separating them was never an option~they were all each other had. We brought them home, but it became very clear they needed more than we could give… they needed emergency care to survive. Day by day, they started getting better. Little by little, they began to trust us. Jasper & Althea have fully recovered and are the sweetest, most loving, cuddly little kittens. To be loved is to be changed♥️
