Did you know that Borrego Health has a Sliding Fee Discount Program?

Borrego Health provides comprehensive and high-quality primary care services to persons in need, regardless of their ability to pay. At Borrego Health, you won’t be turned away even if you don’t have health insurance.

You should know there are upcoming changes to the sliding fee discount program which will take effect as of 8/1/2023. All levels of discount will change and will range from $0 to $15 per visit for Medical, behavioral Health and preventative dental. The eligibility time frame will be changing from twelve months to three months. Please note that if you currently have an active Sliding Fee Discount, your expiration date will remain the same. Also, please note that the self-declared One day Sliding Fee provision will no longer be available, and proof of income will be required to apply.
