Community Care Pharmacy works hard to personalize our services to each of our patients. We offer a variety of customizable prescription packaging options to accommodate any preference. Our patients enjoy our Med Sync Program, which allows them to receive all of their medications at the same time each month, making things simple for our patients with complex medical needs. Technicians call or text every patient once a month to verify any changes to medication, touch base on any needs patient may still have unmet, and arrange their monthly delivery. We understand that being on multiple medications can get costly quickly, and offer a variety of solutions to ensure medications are delivered when needed. Our goal is to help make your life easier when it comes to managing your medication needs.
