Caring enough to offer the right services in a cost effective setting without sacrificing quality reinforces NHC's motto: "Care is Our Business". NHC was founded on heart and a commitment to our patients, and our company leadership continues to focus on all of our customers. We have not gotten where we are today by just wanting to stay the same and settling for being a "good" care provider. We want to always be learning and improving and that drive has helped us to stay at the top of our industry. Our slogan, "Caring in a better way, day by day", says that we want to always strive to reach the higher level in providing quality patient care. It’s simple, sweet, and SO good — just puff corn and melted almond bark chocolate mixed together for the perfect salty/sweet treat. Let’s just say it didn’t last long around here!

A big thank you to Tricia from Gentiva Hospice for coming out and hosting such a fun event for our residents! Everyone received 30 beans to bid with… and let’s just say, some of those prizes sparked a serious bidding war! 😄

We turned up the heat today with a delicious Chili Cook-Off to celebrate National Chili Day! Our amazing team prepared 6 different chili recipes, and our residents had the tough (but tasty!) job of sampling and ranking each one. 😋

Earlier this month, we had the best time at our Family Night! 🎶💛
We were so blessed to have our friends from Fire Truck Ministries join us as we played Music Bingo. There was lots of singing, dancing, and laughter as residents and families enjoyed the fun together. Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the night so special! We love making memories like these with our families and community! 🎤🎉

We celebrated National Margarita Day in the sweetest way, with a Margarita Mocktail Flight!
Our residents sampled four delicious flavors:
🍋 Classic Lime
🍓 Strawberry
🥭 Mango
🍍 Pineapple
There were lots of smiles, laughter, and a few friendly debates about which flavor was the favorite! It was such a fun way to try something new and celebrate together. Cheers to good company, great flavors, and making memories! 💛

Some of our amazing staff came in and helped our residents make authentic Filipino egg rolls, lumpia, from scratch and it was a huge hit! 🥢The residents absolutely loved being part of the process, learning about the tradition behind the dish, and of course enjoying every delicious bite.
