"Does a hammer build a house?" Only if you put it to use, right? Well when asked if hypnosis works I could reply with the same answer.
I sometimes hear "I know someone who tried hypnosis but went back to the same behavior" That doesn't mean hypnosis didn't work, it means they didn't . If a client chooses to take the positive suggestions and incorporate them hypnosis can be an extremely effective and powerful tool!
