🌻SGC IS CLOSING!!🌻
After 8 wonderful years serving the community through Sow Graceful Chiropractic, I’ve made the heartfelt decision to close my practice for now. May 29, 2026, will be my last day in office. This wasn’t easy, but it feels aligned with this season of life.

As some of you may know, I’ve already begun a journey into agriculture. Inspired to extend my family’s farming legacy while expanding my professional path, I will begin a Dietetic Internship in August as I work toward becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and licensed Dietitian (LD) in Texas. As I expand my clinical scope, my focus will center on Regenerative Agriculture Nutrition and Food Systems.

I do plan to continue offering chiropractic and related wellness services in the future. During this transition, however, I will be restructuring my wellness services and nonprofit initiatives (Sowful Roots) to better align with my evolving goals.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Sow Graceful Chiropractic over the years. I’m deeply grateful for this community and excited to share this continued journey with you.

As I move forward, I invite you to follow along as I unite these passions into one purpose-driven path.

Today we celebrate Dr. J’s Birthday 🥳 and Sow Graceful Chiropractic turning 6! 🙏🏾

We’re also honored to share that Dr. JaNair has been nominated DFWChild Mom Approved for the 6th year in a row! ✨

We may not be that active on social media right now, but we’ve definitely been active in the office. We’re so grateful for all the Mamas & Families who continue to allow us to serve through both SGC and Sowful Roots. October is National Chiropractic Health Month, and we will be launching another T-shirt fundraiser to benefit Sowful Roots Community Wellness , Dr. JaNair’s nonprofit. This nonprofit is a 501(c)(3) dedicated to improving access to affordable chiropractic care, and alternative holistic health & wellness services, to underserved communities across DFW. All funds raised will be put towards supporting our mission and serving individuals & families in the community. 🫶🏾

Let me tell you…I love my city so much!! DeSoto, TX has been raising my family since 1993, and I love seeing the evolution of my city.🤎

The Breast Choice Lactation Services and I popped up at our DeSoto Area Chamber networking event last night and we learned so much about the current plans for the city’s expansion. We are excited about the future of our city and how we, as well as our fellow community leaders & small businesses, can be a major part of that change and the DeSoto Wellness Community.✨

Pediatric chiropractic care is safe and gentle, and has so many incredible benefits for children. It helps their little bodies to adapt well to everyday stress, maximizes their brain & body development, strengthens their immune system, and supports a proper functioning nervous system.
