This video is a little longer than my usual content because this conversation deserves more depth and understanding.

But here’s the truth: everything spiritual isn’t demonic, and everything emotional isn’t spiritual warfare.
In this video, we’re talking about the difference between:
• mental health conditions
• spiritual struggles
• and everyday life stress
Because anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and burnout are not signs of weak faith. Sometimes they’re signs that your mind and body need support, healing, and safe spaces to process.
As believers, we can pray AND go to therapy.
We can fast AND learn coping skills.
We can trust God AND work on our healing.
