Fitness has always been my passion. I discovered my love for training through softball, where lifting and conditioning helped me grow stronger and push my limits. That passion quickly turned into a deep dedication to the gym and becoming the best version of myself.

I pursued a degree in exercise science in Auburn, studying movement, strength, and performance, before returning home to focus on helping others transform their lives. Along the way, I discovered EMS training—an innovative approach that perfectly combines science and technology in fitness.

When I’m not training clients I love spending time with my amazing family and friends. Fitness is more than a career to me—it’s a lifestyle, and I’m passionate about helping others feel strong, confident, and empowered.
