May is Mental Health Awareness Month, led by Mental Health America, and this year’s message is “More Good Days Together.”
A good day can look different for everyone. It might be a smile, a calm moment, or time spent with someone you enjoy. Mental health is part of everyday life, and even small moments of connection can help brighten the day.
Spending time together, checking in, and sharing simple moments can help create more good days for all of us. This month, we are focusing on those small, meaningful moments that bring comfort, connection, and a little more joy.
