"Uncoachable." Stop labeling athletes like this!

Maybe you're the problem! Maybe they don't like you as a coach! Try taking a look in the old accountability mirror! Check your ego. What are you doing to help this athlete? How can you relate to this kid? If not you, maybe one of your assistant coaches has a better shot. Find a way to connect and motivate.
