Four years later and still one of my favorite little nudges I’ve received.

& perfectly aligned after teaching class today and feeling so grateful to serve in this way.

To move your body.
To breathe.
To listen.

This picture is a perfect example of life aligning how it’s meant to. These notes were from a meditation I did with Micara Link back this spring. I had this vision come through, I saw myself teaching yoga, teaching mindful movement & incorporating my healing work in these classes.

This was never really a passion of mine or anything I thought I would want to do one day. Over the past few years it’s been a consistent nudge. I’d get little signs. Visions. & when I reached out to my local yoga studio 180 balance: Yoga Fitness Nutrition and asked if she would be hosting any trainings in the near future, and when she said yes I knew it was meant to be. I still held on to some hesitation on if this was the right path for me. & I know that feeling will continue to come and go throughout this new chapter I’m taking. I’m ready. I felt this shift coming and I’m so dang excited for this new chapter of self exploration. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Between these temps. & fresh flowers inside my home. I’m holding onto these summer feels for as long as I can over here.

But, I’m also working on craft prep sooooo fall it is! I’m bringing FOUR new blends into fall, with one blend staying with me all fall/winter long.

I had the BEST day. Being able to take a yoga class, teach a yoga class, pour into two souls for some reiki energetic love, AND, find time to lay on my mat for some chakra mat healing time. 🥰

I ALMOST opened a new grounding sheet since mine has being missing its cord for at least a week now. After a full day of cleaning I finally found it accidentally tucked in a tote of donation items. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’ve had a lot of questions on these lately and if you are in the need for a grounding mat or sheet, I got you.

Pro tip. I tuck my sheet in the long way so it covers my whole body.
