My favorite new pairing!

Deeply Nurtured Reset Soak + Magnesium Restore Oil. 💫

I love using the reset soak in a foot bath to cleanse, restore, rebalancing. After I’m done I massage in a few drops of the magnesium restore oil to the bottoms of my feet & wa la. Magic.

So sometimes… you pivot.

Remember way back when I was making bath teas? Well, they’re back, but with a little twist.

This loose mineral blend gently fizzes and infuses your bath with soothing magnesium and aromatic botanicals, while the tea bag keeps everything beautifully contained. No mess. Just soak and soften.

Magnesium Foot or Bath bombs are happening. Testing out a sample one and let’s just say my feet are loving it. 👌🏻

This is definitely a trial and error process. This first batch ended up a bit more crumbly than I hoped. So these will be blended up and packaged as a foot or bath fizz. & off to test out round two. Wish me luck.

Fun fact. Your feet contain thousands of nerve endings, capillaries, and lymphatic vessels. Foot soaks don’t detox your body for you, your liver and kidneys do that beautifully. But they support circulation, lymphatic flow, nervous system regulation, and mineral replenishment so your body can cleanse more efficiently and gently.

I had to snap a photo of this Post-it this morning before teaching.

It took everything I had to show up for class today. Between sickness moving through our house, deep fatigue, starting new hormone medication, and wondering when I’ll have the energy to make more product while already running on fumes…

You. Are. So. Strong.

That mantra is on repeat.

It will all get done.
Right now, my body is asking for rest, so that’s what we’re honoring. ✌🏻

I see you.

The hormonal waves.
