DMSP has been busy this year, and we are almost out of material to use for slings and splint supports!

If you have any CLEAN bed sheets (any size) you don’t need and want to see them put to good use, please drop them off at the Patrol Shack! We’ll cut them to size and use them up! Thanks!

Ski swap reminder! This Friday, please bring your gear to Detroit Mtn starting at noon! You set the sale price, or Patrol will recommend a price. You get 80% of the sale price, Patrol gets 20%. This is Patrol’s ONLY fundraiser for the year. All funds go towards keeping our Patrollers trained and equipped to help you and your friends enjoy Detriot Mountain safely! The annual ski swap is October 25 and 26 at Detroit Mountain Lodge. It's a great opportunity to upgrade your equipment or to sell unneeded or unwanted gear. Proceeds go to the operation of the Detroit Mountain Ski Patrol.

We were joined yesterday by the wilderness medicine group at the University of North Dakota Medical School for a day of trail riding, skills practice and scenarios. We always enjoy these opportunities to interact with med students.
