Have you been curious about Energy Work, Reiki, or simply growing your spirituality and healing? Is it your goal to grow and learn more about who you are and reprioritze whats truly important to you as we start the new year? I'm so happy to visit with you and to offer this beautiful practice. Its one of my all time favorite ways to connect with others and spend my time! So what can you expect in a session:
*a peaceful and relaxing environment
*a comfortable massage table- clothing remains on
*peaceful music and scents
* light touch or no touch if preferred
*a little time to debrief afterwards as desired
*60 min sessions

It's very difficult for me to put these experiences into words. My clients tell me they sleep well that night and maybe for awhile after a session. They feel more relaxed then they have in a long time. They may feel more aligned within themselves. Some feel a renewed inner calm and peace. I too feel all these things after a practice. ♡

Wear comfortable clothing- you will stay dressed
You will lay on your back or front on a massage table
Low lighting and a very calm, serene environment
Essential oils and sage as tolerated
Relaxing music, nature sounds, or vibrations
Intuitively guided hands on or hands off energy work
This is a spiritual connection and I silently offer prayer for my clients throughout our sessions
Time to slowly settle back into the day and debrief at the close of the session

Hello and Welcome to my spiritually guided Energy Healing Services. The spark that lead to this service was ignited by my own healing experience at a group Reiki session led by a beautiful woman who eventually became my Reiki teacher and dear friend. As I completed my Reiki Level I and Level II certifications my passion for bringing soulful healing to others unfurled. So here I am! I believe my energy sessions are guided by our higher power and bring connection directly to the root of physical, emotional, and spiritual wounds. My hope is to bring you rest, relaxation, renewal and a new found Divine Energy ✨️
