Happy New Wellness Year 2025
As we move into 2025, I want to encourage you all to consider not just Western based medicine, but holistic forms of healing. The mind and the body work in tandem, if one is unwell so shall be the other. For many of us American healthcare has been replaced with illness capitalism, where your being unwell directly influences the wealth of insurance companies and their billionaire executives.
We can help combat that by digging deeper into alternative medicine.
-Herbs/Vitamins: Many illnesses have been found to be because of lack in our diet. We can supplement our lack of magnesium, folate, turmeriic, and milk thistle by simply taking a tincture or gummies.
