2025 in Review: Outreach and Impact! 🌟
As we close out 2025, our hearts are full and the word is outreach! This year, we've had the privilege to serve over 200 families, empowering them through our parenting classes and our 2nd Latch N' Learn Luncheon. 🎉
We're honored to have received the Advancing Healthy Birth Grant from , enabling us to further our mission. Our collaboration with brought us to several community health baby showers, spreading awareness on safe sleep practices for infants. 👶🛏️
A highlight of our year was hosting a tour through for healthcare providers from around the globe, sharing insights and fostering connections. 🌍

For the second year in a row, they’ve stepped up to help us make our annual “December to Remember” event a success by providing diapers and wipes to families in need. 🎁

Hey Uplift Fam! 🌟We are still on cloud nine after being a part of the Motown Birth & Breastfeeding Conference bus tour! 🌺

Hosting 50 passionate birth workers,doulas, lactation consultants, peer breastfeeding counselors, and community partners who are all dedicated to achieving maternal and infant health equity was truly inspiring from all over the world 🌎!

We are beyond honored to have shared this wonderful experience with such an amazing group.
