The Michigan Poison & Drug Information Center at the Wayne State University School of Medicine is holding our annual International Overdose Awareness Day event on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, from 10am to 2pm at the WCCCD Mary Ellen Stempfle University Center in Harper Woods, Michigan.

The FDA issued a Warning Letter to AUSTROFOOD S.A.S. (Austrofood), the manufacturer of the apple cinnamon fruit puree pouches that were recalled last year and that were found to contain elevated levels of lead and chromium.
