LONG POST ALERT !!!

PCOS AWARENESS MONTH 💜

After years of trying to conceive I finally got my beautiful baby ☺️ the best gift in the world. My obgyn was very firm to believe I was going to have to take metformin to get pregnant. She Also told me 9 times out of ten my pregnancies would be difficult and I would never be able to conceive on my own .

Side note: I was the one that told my obgyn I have pcos then she tried to tell me I didn’t like okay I don’t know my body 🤨😖 she tested me tho and then I had to call them back 2 weeks for my result and I know I had pcos to begin with .

Imagine how this made me feel on top of not feeling the most feminine, beautiful, creative and the things a woman should feel . Constant limbo with my emotions depression anxiety all of that !!.

After talking with my obgyn I was determined to prove her wrong 😂☺️. This is when I went deep reflecting on my feelings my emotions where the root of my problem started . Pcos is linked to the endocrine and ovaries . In the spiritual world that’s the crown and sacral . As I study more I believe it’s all three lower chakras. Solar , sacral , and root . The solar is our emotions . The sacral is our creativity and the root is our foundation.

With this information I had to think to myself is it fair bringing a baby in this world with unstable emotions , lack in creativity and no foundation - not feeling safe in this world 😉. Beside a baby needs all , a baby deserves a parent that emotionally mature enough to analyze thier emotions. A baby deserves to know what creativity feels and look like !!! Beside this is how they learn colors , shapes and thier sensory receptions .

My journey with pcos has been long , stressful , most of the the time heart breaking . Many times I cried because I was uncomfortable I didn’t know what to do . Doctors have yet to find a cure or reason why us women is struggling and I truly believe it’s more spiritual than anything . I believe pcos could be caused by many things lack of connection between mother and child , lack of creativity or expressing this energy to the world . Or there was just a possibility you were just born on with more masculine energy and it’s your role to practice being more feminine this lifetime.

With this being stated I did yoga , mindful mediation and breath work . I rewired my body cells repaired and made them new again . I healed my ovaries with my mind sending my energy to my sacral . A lot of vision work indeed a lot of reiki and most of the time I did it every night before I went to bed . I exercised every day !! And if not every day I did something creative . For me it was about healing those inner child wounds, lack of connection with mother . Expressing my creativity and being bold and passionate about it . With all this work I had my baby naturally and vaginally. They tried to cut me in that hospital I wasn’t having that !!! I had my labor plan but that another story for another day .

Oh and pcos is not about weight you can be the skinniest person with pcos it’s about HORMONES !!! So ladies with this information please remember to take one day at a time . YOU CAN HAVE A BABY NATURALLY F**K WHAT THAT OBGYN SAY !!!
