Speaking in terms of womb health, castor oil is beneficial for use when wanting to help cleanse and nurture your womb. Especially when opting to use Castor Oil Packs.

Castor Oil Packs can be used as a great tool to help naturally promote reproductive health.  They are recommended for a variety of gynecological conditions including:
* Fertility
* Endometriosis
* Menstrual cramps
* Fibroids
* Hormonal Balance

Castor oil helps breaks down and remove toxins, old cells and debris from the womb. It may help aid in this through its anti-inflammatory properties and boost of lymph flow. It helps support liver and kidney function. Regular use of castor oil on the belly button may support the body’s natural detox processes. Also, using it on the belly button may help improve sleep and lower anxiety.

Have you tried using castor oil on your womb? How has it helped you?

2 weeks ago, I started drinking a tea recipe I made on a whim twice a day to help shrink and dissolve a fibroid (could be more than one) that’s at least the size of a large grapefruit but smaller than a basketball.

It worked. I know it has because this past cycle whooped my ass but I started passing what was sitting in my womb for years.

I’ve been dealing with womb dysfunction since at least 2010. I went from having ovarian cysts on my fallopian tubes while I was on birth control (2007-2015) to fibroids developing in 2013.

They were never officially diagnosed by a doctor because my requests were ignored by military physicians. I started doing my own research, taking holistic courses, paying attention to my body over the years, then getting into a motorcycle accident 2yrs ago and having an x-ray confirm what I already knew.

I’ve tried many different approaches to help shrink my fibroids but I was never consistent with my herbal remedies. However, I was consistently eating plant based foods from 2016-2022. What I noticed back then while maintaining my diet was that my fibroids did not grow nor did I have any terrible physical symptoms at the time. I did not drink any herbal teas or take any capsules until late 2017 and that’s when I passed one.

I was in shock but I knew it was “that thing” that made me bleed in between my periods and made my left side ache from time to time. After that, I kept the same routine until about 2019. During that entire time, I was battling undiagnosed PTSD from a deployment, deep depression and going through a spiritual awakening all at once….

In 2019, I discovered vaginal steaming and the amazing benefits it offered and immediately hopped on it and became a certified Peristeam Practitioner. I tried it and it worked too…..However, Aunty was not consistent…..again. My life & work balance was terrible and I was paying with my health.

Fast forward from 2019 and everything in between to present day, I’ve been fighting with these fibroids and it/they have grown and I finally decided they gotta go for good!!!

It took for me to have a very sh*tty night almost a week ago to remind myself that I have the knowledge and courage to start over. I’ve started over many times in my lifetime but not how I did a few nights ago….WHEW!!!

In the past 2 weeks, I’ve cut back on processed foods.
I cut out refined sugar and most dairy. Not all off it yet.
I drink herbal tea 2x a day. Morning and night.
I incorporated green foods, okra and aloe into my diet as well.
Now that my period is over, I will be using castor oil packs again (it’s messy), tinctures, capsules and vaginal steaming as well and tailor my regime accordingly. In 3 months, I’ll make an update post.

Yesterday’s work. I performed trigger point therapy on her. She’s also a massage therapist as well. Self-care is definitely important in this career field.

Pic 2: TrP therapy done on both sides.

Can you see the difference?

First time client came in with complaints of neck, shoulder and upper back stiffness and right hip pain. She is a marathon runner and has been for the past 20+ years.

Once she was on the table and I started the compressions I could feel her trigger points (on the left) through the blanket. I asked her when was her last massage and she said 4yrs ago….I explained that as an avid marathoner rest and recovery is just as important as training, etc.

What you see pictured on the right is where I started working and releasing her trigger points and on the left is showing just how big they were before I started. Yesterday, I only used manual therapy and no tools. I released her entire right side but the left needs more work.

After her session she reported that she could rotate her head comfortably (she couldn’t do it all the day before) and without pain and she could cross her legs now 😊. She also booked her next session before she left.
