The strength of mediation grows with practice. Screen time is also not all bad. Screen time in service to Divine is elevating. It’s all about balance.

We had so much fun at AcroTherapy. Then we had a game night sleepover. It was also a vegan potluck. We played this enlightening game called the yoga of snakes and arrows.
