In order to be seen at SWC, you will need a valid, government issued picture ID. We do understand that life happens and you might not have an ID to bring to your appointment. Good news: the Detroit Health Department can help for only $10. They can help you get a Detroit ID regardless of immigrant status, age, or gender identity. You can make an appointment at www.detroitmi.gov/detroit or call 313-774-5388. From there you can visit the Detroit Health Department on 100 Mack Avenue or the Patton Recreation Center on 2301 Woodmere to get your physical ID. More detailed information is available on their website.
