The best way to know if you are pregnant or not is to take a pregnancy test. There are many brands available in your local drugstore. If the test comes back negative but you think you are pregnant, take another test or visit your gynecologist (GYN) for a blood test. If the test comes back positive and you decide you want to terminate, gather some information before you call us.
Information to have ready: your last menstrual period, any medications you are currently taking, and any known drug allergies or known medical conditions. Make sure your government-issued picture ID is valid and unexpired.
If you are unsure about the procedure and your pregnancy options, talk to a trusted person or contact a help line on our Counseling page on our website.

We’ve made some incredible changes here at SWC in the past few months. Let us reintroduce ourselves! We offer in-clinic abortion services as well as abortion by mail. For our in-clinic services, we offer the abortion pill up to 11 weeks as well as the surgical procedure up to 15 weeks and 6 days. We offer abortion by mail to patients with a MI mailing address, which includes: a virtual visit with our doctor, all necessary medications (delivered with two-day FedEx express shipping), and support and follow-up care.
