I am proud to share that I am part of ’ 2024 Care Fellowship. This is an important leadership development program that helps grow the advocacy and communication skills of caregivers and care recipients across the country.
I am excited to learn and grow as a care advocate, and become a champion for care in my community. We must continue fighting for a world in which we all have the care we need to thrive.

I have been working with Washington University in St. Louis (“Wash U”) to help them with a study ("Building on Benefits") about the benefits workers receive and their financial security. The team at Wash U is conducting surveys with frontline health care workers such as Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, Medical Assistants, Medical Technicians, and Patient Service Technicians.
The online survey will take 15 to 20 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. Workers who complete the survey will receive a $25 amazon gift card and may be asked to complete an interview to receive an additional $50 gift card.
