I came across this old pic (left) from the height of my illness, when I was being told I was too thin, that I needed to gain weight.

Funny thing is, the pic on the right was taken this week, I am 20 pounds heavier yet look almost the same 🤔

I think we need to stop judging people by what they see on the outside, but by what is on the inside cause in the end, that’s all that really matters isn’t it?

Been back on the Keto wagon since we got back from camping, trying to lose the bloat and icky feelings I got from eating everything under the sun.

And I’ve lost 9 pounds in a week!

I don’t know why I self destruct myself all the time, I know this works and I know I feel best when I’m eating Keto, so I know I need to keep at it even if I fall off a few times.

With that said, here’s a delicious alternative to grilled cheese, it’s made out of cauliflower!!

And it was AMAZING 🙌🏻
