This Ramadan, My Mental Wellness is here for our community at ICD.
Art therapy sessions for women and girls, a halaqa series for middle school boys in the last ten nights, and the clinic stays open Monday through Friday during regular hours.

We loved welcoming our young learners for an evening of stories, crafts, and meaningful moments as we prepared our hearts and minds for Ramadan.

Thank you to our dedicated volunteers and staff for bringing this program to life, and to the parents who enrolled their children and shared this experience with us.

Help your child prepare their heart for Ramadan with calm, connection, and play!

Our “Ramadan for Kids: Stories, Crafts, & Smiles” workshop brings together stories, creative crafts, and a soothing sensory dhikr activity so children ages 5 to 12 can build healthy coping skills and a positive relationship with Ramadan in a warm, faith-informed setting.
