Never allow your past to dictate your future. We all make mistakes, we all stumble and fall - but we all also have the ability to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and to make the necessary adjustments to make your life as YOU see it play out. It's all up to Y-O-U. 37 yrs ago at the age of 18 I was sentenced to LIFE, along with a 25-50 yr and 2 yr sentences for crimes I committed wildin' out during the height of Detroit's Crack era. Had a lot of ppl - fam & friends - count me out as if my story was done...unaware that it was just a scene, a clip not the entire movie. Its evident that God, the Universe, My Heavenly Father had an agenda for my life. And today I'm so GRATEFUL for the opportunity to be able to give bk to the community that I took so much from. To be able to serve with the same brothers that I broke bread with, endured the struggle with and overcame with.
