Heal With Dad is a community sound bath and rest therapy experience designed to support emotional wellness, honor fatherhood, and create space for heartfelt connection. Whether you’re celebrating your dad, healing from father wounds, or remembering a father who has passed — this gathering is here to hold you.

This is a moment of care, conversation, and quiet connection beneath the open sky.

✨ Guided Rest & Sound Healing Journey — release stress and ground your nervous system
✨ Nature-Based Therapy at Sunset Point’s serene waterside
✨ Gratitude Ceremony to honor fathers present and past
✨ Memorial Offering — bring a photo or keepsake to honor fathers who have transitioned
✨ Community Circle for reflection and intentional rest

Your Father, if possible — or someone you see as a father figure
Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or lawn chair
Water, snacks, and anything that makes you feel cozy
Keepsake or photo if your father has passed
Children and fur babies are welcome
