Stressed?? Well, do I have a list for you...

After years of working with clients who suffer from extreme stress or every day stress. Here are my top stressors to address yourself, today!

1. Do something daily that you truly love to do.
2. Don't put off things you don't want to do, it will only make it harder when you eventually do it!
3. Start saying "no" to extra work or people that upset your plans. You and your family come first, period.
4. Get organized. Take time to organize your life. Once you're more organized the easier the day becomes.
5. Instead of complaining about your day, think of a great memory and tell your spouse. It will make it easier on you both.
6. Stop fighting with Yourself, your spouse or your kids. Make it a goal to come up with solutions rather then the "easy way out", by fighting.
7. Please sleep more, travel more, notice your surroundings more, walk more, eat and drink what you love in moderation more and for God sakes, LOVE more.

Let me know how you do. Cheers. MG

1. A marriage now in clear view of a positive change allowing for a new flow of communication.
2. Helping one transition from male to female and have them leave the office wanting to call their parents to reunite.
3. Empowering a person to ask for a review of their year’s work so they can get a raise in their pay where they excepted less for years prior.
All before 2pm and no lunch...priceless, but tired.
