Are you a nature lover? Have you been interested in experiencing the healing benefits of Sauna, Cold Exposure and Contrast Therapy? Why not enjoy them at the same time!

Come join us for a Saturday evening at our campsite in French Creek State Park followed by a Sunday morning packed full of wellness activities!

If you are hesitant to camp, that’s ok too! You can simply join our Contrast Therapy session from 9:00am to 12:00pm on Sunday morning.
