Pop-up yoga studio offering free 75 minute vinyasa class every Saturday, 10 am, Memorial Day to Labo The style of yoga we practice is vinyasa flow. Come!

Every Saturday from Memorial Day to Labor Day, Highway One sponsors a free 75 minute yoga class held at one of our venues (usually ivy). The poses aren't complicated but they are challenging: you won't be putting your leg behind your head but you might be holding plank for a long time! We welcome all levels, just do what's appropriate for you. The class is first come, first served, there is no advance sign-up. We have a limited number of yoga mats available to rent for $2 (cash only). You should bring water, a towel, and possibly a second, small hand towel, it can get pretty sweaty.

Yoga is happening tomorrow. New venue: Bottle & Cork green room, 10:05 am! Take the stairs on the Bellevue side of the Cork, behind the ice machine. (My old timers know we did it here once before). You know I don't love rules but absolutely NO PARKING IN AND AROUND THE CORK OR THE LIQUOR STORE. There are meters on Dagsworthy or there's always the Ivy parking lot.

yogiiiiisssss! Tomorrow begins a new era of doing yoga in bar. We are practicing tomorrow at 9:30 am in the Rusty Rudder lounge. There's a parking lot at the Rudder, charge is the same as the town of dewey, $4/hour. Let's see how we like it in there. Still free from yer pals at Highway One. 😘
