You are energy in motion — a beautiful flow of light that connects your body, mind, and spirit. ✨

Within your energetic body are seven main energy centers, known as chakras. Each one holds its own vibration, color, and influence on your physical and emotional well-being. When they’re balanced, energy flows freely and you feel aligned with your true self. 🌿

💜 Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) – Top of the head
Your connection to divine wisdom and higher consciousness. When open, you feel guided, peaceful, and spiritually connected.

💙 Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) – Between the brows
The center of intuition and insight. Balancing this chakra helps you trust your inner knowing and see beyond illusion.

💚 Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) – Throat area
The energy of truth and communication. When clear, you express yourself with confidence, clarity, and authenticity.

💛 Heart Chakra (Anahata) – Center of the chest
