Pillow tips for Wellness ~ Say NO to a stack of pillows! Take good care of your neck & spine by using the proper pillow to sleep with. 🛌 Choose a thinner pillow to support your neck’s natural curve without tilting your head forward. Add a pillow under your knees to take the pressure off your lower back. 💤 Side sleeper? Place a pillow between your knees to keep your hips aligned.

🔥TIP: Check for neutral posture - when lying down, your ears should align with your shoulders. If your head is tilted up or down, the pillow thickness is incorrect.
