The Healing Power of Forgiveness ~
Forgiveness isn’t about ignoring wrongs or forgetting hurt. It’s about freeing yourself from the grip of negative emotions like anger and resentment. When you choose to forgive, you release the emotional burden that can weigh you down and affect your health.

• Reduces Stress and Anxiety: Holding onto grudges creates constant tension, leading to chronic stress. This can trigger the body's fight-or-flight response, elevating cortisol levels. How to Cultivate Forgiveness ~
Forgiveness is a process that takes time and practice. Here are some steps to guide you:
• Acknowledge Your Emotions: Recognize the hurt caused by the event. Allow yourself to feel these emotions without judgment.
• Empathize with the Offender: Try to understand the situation from the other person’s perspective. This doesn’t mean justifying their actions but can help you let go.
• Decide to Forgive: Forgiveness is a conscious choice. Make the decision to forgive, even if it’s challenging.
• Release the Grudge: Let go of negative feelings and thoughts associated with the hurt. Meditation, journaling, or talking to a trusted friend can help.
• Do a Biofeedback Session: Talking through a Biofeedback sessions can help release the triggers and emotions related to the person or event that needs forgiveness.
• Free Flow Writing Exercise: Each evening write until you are done writing about the person or event. Do not worry about grammar or punctuation. Write to discharge the emotional energy. The burn or shred the paper.
• Focus on the Present: Forgiveness allows you to move forward, focusing on the present and future instead of dwelling on the past.
• Remember that Forgiveness is for YOU!

Here at the Holistic Health Hub we are bringing many of the Alternative and Natural Health Options together to help you with your health journey. We are all focused on overall health and well-being.

We have our Holistic Naturopath, Dr Kari. She does Health Coaching, Health Assessment Consultations, Biofeedback Sessions, Emotional Balancing Session, & Stress Reduction Sessions.

We have our Chiropractor, Dr. Bonnie Bauer. She specializes in instrument adjusting that is neurologically based & designed to aid your body in returning to healthy functional state of wellness.

We have our massage therapist, Teresa Martens, LMT. She offers a wide range of massage therapy techniques. Her background as physical therapist enhances her techniques.
