The perfect balance of movement + melt ✨
Join us for Run (or not) Yoga where we’ll head out for a walk/run through a peaceful, shaded neighborhood, getting the heart rate up just enough… then come back and fully melt into our mats.
We’ll slow it all the way down with deep stretches focused on hip mobility (hello smoother strides, happier knees, and less low back tension 🙌).
A little cardio, a lot of feel-good release. Come as you are—walk, jog, or run—and leave feeling refreshed, open, and grounded.
