DeWitt Family Practice officially welcomed our first patient to the new clinic!! Everything went smoothly, so starting on Monday, January 27th, all patients are invited to our new location at 2422 12th St. Ct. in DeWitt. We are right behind DeWitt Eyecare, next to the AmericInn Hotel. The original office will no longer be in use after Friday, January 24th.

We are also excited to welcome Dr Carla Cloos to the practice! She brings nearly 20 years of experience caring for patients of all ages. She will begin seeing patients on January 29th.

We want to thank everyone in the community for the outpouring of support we've received. We feel honored and blessed that you all trust our great clinic family to provide care for you and your family members. We look forward to continuing building strong relationships through personalized, compassionate care.
