DeWitt Family Practice officially welcomed our first patient to the new clinic!! Everything went smoothly, so starting on Monday, January 27th, all patients are invited to our new location at 2422 12th St. Ct. in DeWitt. We are right behind DeWitt Eyecare, next to the AmericInn Hotel. The original office will no longer be in use after Friday, January 24th.

We are also excited to welcome Dr Carla Cloos to the practice! She brings nearly 20 years of experience caring for patients of all ages. She will begin seeing patients on January 29th.

We want to thank everyone in the community for the outpouring of support we've received. We feel honored and blessed that you all trust our great clinic family to provide care for you and your family members. We look forward to continuing building strong relationships through personalized, compassionate care.

My amazing staff and I want to thank everyone who attended the groundbreaking ceremony last week! You all made it a great success, and we were humbled with the great turnout. We anticipate a ribbon-cutting ceremony in February 2025 and look forward to continuing to partner with the DeWitt community!

We are excited to welcome everyone to the groundbreaking ceremony for our new clinic!

The ceremony will take place at our building site adjacent to the AmericInn Hotel and DeWitt Eyecare clinic at 1:30p on September 13th. We will have light refreshments and treats.

In attendance, we will have Senator Cournoyer, Representative Mommsen, Penny Vacek from Senator Grassley’s office, Mayor Hasenmiller, City Administrator Lindner, Chief of Police Porter, Stephanie Miene from Eastern Iowa REC, Sam Nguyen from the USDA, Dewitt chamber and development, Wendy McCartt from The Observer, and many family members and great friends.

We are happy to announce that we now have a signed contract with United Healthcare (UHC) and their affiliates! After many months of negotiations, we are excitedly preparing to become an in-network provider again.

We want to express our sincerest appreciation to all of you for remaining patient during this process. We also want to thank everyone at UHC who worked with us so we can continue to provide high-quality, compassionate care to all of you.
