🚨 Histamine gets blamed for everything… but here’s the truth 🚨

Histamine isn’t the enemy.
It’s a signal.

When histamine is high in different parts of the body, it can show up as very real symptoms - anxiety, hives, gut issues, racing heart, insomnia, irritability, breathing problems - but that doesn’t mean histamine itself is the root cause.

Histamine is more like a smoke alarm 🚨
It tells you something deeper is going on.

For many people, the real issues can include:
• Impaired histamine breakdown (DAO enzyme issues)
• Nutrient deficiencies (B6, folate, B12)
• Methylation imbalances
• Gut dysfunction
• Chronic stress & nervous system overload

This is why simply suppressing histamine often doesn’t solve the problem long-term.

The real question isn’t “How do I block histamine?”
It’s “Why is my body producing or holding onto too much of it?”
