Training Session Information at Barn Fitness:

$30/hour.

Youth 18 and under special rate of $15 as an add-on to a normal $30 session.

No contract or membership fee.

Schedule by appointment only.

Can have 1-4 people per time slot depending on schedule.

Monthly Fitness Progress Reports (Barn Test) (Must meet 2x or more per week).

15 Programs (A mix of over 500 different exercises of full body workouts that cater to your goals).

Optional Challenges on the board.

These are optional but recommended:

Weigh ins.
Body composition.
Body measurements.
Nutrition tracking.

Sauna available for membership!

Cold Plunge available for membership!

This small group completed the hardest challenge so far at the Barn (explained at the bottom). The “Barn Special” is a cross training workout that consists of mostly cardio but has a mix of resistance training and core. Here is this year’s version of 1 Barn Special that we have spent 3-8 months working on:

Row Machine: 1000 Meters L10
Battle Rope Hop the Bosu: 250
Treadmill: 0.25 miles 1% incline
Spin Bike: 1.5 miles sitting/standing L17
Sandbag Cleans: 50 reps at 20lbs
Elliptical: 100 calories
Stairs: 20 flights
Lateral Plank Crawl: 10 down and back on mat

The challenge was to do 1-6X unvested and then repeat 1-6X with a 20lb vest. It breaks down to 12 sessions and 42 Barn Specials! The hardest session to date is the 6X 20lb vested that ranged from 3-7 hours to complete!
