-Degree from UNI in Health Promotion/Fitness Management.

-Interned at the YMCA shadowing trainers and class instructors.

-Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (Health and Fitness Specialist).

-12 years of experience as a personal trainer/class instructor.

- Manage a gym called Barn Fitness.

-My mission is to enhance the overall health and quality of life for my clients by helping them reach their desired goals. I want to create a balanced lifestyle that will contribute to the individual's long term physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth. Proud trainer moment: Wendy McCartt

Wendy is down 8 lbs and 7.25 inches across 5 locations in just 3 months since starting at the Barn! She comes up those stairs every time with a smile on her face, ready to take on whatever challenge the workout brings. Wendy has her sights set on continuing to lose weight, drop inches and build her endurance —and she’s putting in the work 2x per week to make it happen.

Happy New Year everyone! 🎉

We’re showing our appreciation with client appreciation meals Monday–Wednesday this week. Join us for soup in the evenings and breakfast Wednesday morning. Thank you all so much for everything you do—we truly appreciate you!

Class Schedule | 1/5–1/10
• Monday: Yoga 9:00 AM | Bootcamp 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: Tabata 5:30 PM
• Thursday: Spin 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 1/2 Off Training Sessions 7:30–9:30 AM | Bootcamp 9:30 AM

Anyone who trains 2x or more per week will complete Barn Tests this week.
For those who measure and weigh, this will be done upstairs with your trainer.

Please send me one goal for 2026—either a fitness or body composition goal—something you want to accomplish at Barn Fitness.
