At Americare, Wellness isn’t just a program – it’s a way of life. Through Flourish Wellness, we create opportunities for residents to live with vitality, meaning, and joy at every age and ability.

Dimension of Wellness: Emotional and Spiritual
Activity:Playing gospel music

Story: This sweet lady here moved in to our community recently due to a fall injuring her arm. She is the organ player in her church and had been missing it. Our therapy team has been working closely with her to safely play the piano as part of her therapy sessions. She blessed us with her beautiful talent today with gospel music and played every song by memory. Other residents joined in on singing as well as a few staff members. Short video will be added in comments.
