Amy Pixley, activity director, Rena Pyland, dietary manager, Carissa Marron, office manager, Monica Greuel, housekeeping manager, and Devon Stearns, head of maintenance, collaborate to design and deliver the best events. We are thankful for our department heads and entire staff, whose collective efforts ensure every day is a great day at Central Gardens.

Whether it’s table hockey, darts, penny pitch or crafts there is a vibrant energy in the activity room at Central Gardens, where a constant flow of traffic fuels a spirit of friendly competition and joy. They are a dynamic group with lots of smiles. We are truly blessed to have them.

Amy Pixley, Activity Director, took Gene Mays, Linda Smith and Ann Walker out for a morning filled with motivating and informative conversing. Apple pie, sweet tea, hot coffee and a frappe made the morning even better.

We are pleased to welcome Amy Pixley, our new Activity Director, who spent her first day accompanying several Central Gardens ladies on a shopping excursion to Poplar Bluff. Amy assumes the role of Activity Director, and we look forward to her contributions to our team.

We extend our gratitude to Jessica Evans for her diligent efforts and wish her continued success in her future pursuits.

The week ended on a positive note with Lambert's Day at Central Gardens being a success, thanks to our wonderful residents, dedicated staff, and delicious food.

Our staff dressed as Lambert's waiters and served a mouth-watering meal consisting of country fried steak, macaroni and tomatoes, fried okra, fried potatoes, mashed potatoes and gravy, hot rolls, and homemade banana pudding.

At Central Gardens, our mission is to provide outstanding medication management to our residents in our licensed senior care facility, promoting their health and happiness. Led by our Director of Nursing, Candy Miller, our Missouri state certified medication aides and certified medication technicians strive for excellence amd provide exceptional care.
