We are so blessed to have all of you as our community, and for your care and support of our residents through the holidays.

One of the beliefs we have at Dexter is that while we all have different titles after our names, every one of us is here for the exact same job....to give each our residents the very best day they can have....and then do it again tomorrow.

That means, constant interaction between employees and residents; between different departments; between each of us and our community, both inside and outside the walls of our building.

Our dietary team is remarkable in the care they show to our residents and our staff. While we chose to celebrate after the official week for Dietary appreciation, they are no less appreciated. Whether it's visiting with residents throughout the day, driving the van for appointments, participating in resident activities, or baking up sweet treats for both our residents and our staff, we couldn't function without them.

Dexter has a whole lot of heart, and these guys have a whole lot to do with keeping that heart pumping. Thank you all!
