Our owners, Kate and Jordan just got back from spending a few days in Dallas, Texas attending the annual Comfort Keepers conference.

It was a valuable opportunity to connect with other owners, team members, and CKFI leadership while sharing ideas, learning about new technology and innovation in home care, and discussing what the future of the industry looks like as more families look for ways to help loved ones stay safely at home.

During the conference, we were also grateful to be recognized twice, once for reaching the highest total hours of client care delivered by our office to date, and also with the Quest for Excellence Award, which recognizes top-performing offices across the Comfort Keepers network.

These recognitions reflect the work of our caregivers and the incredible group of women on our admin team, who support our community every day.

We’re excited to bring new ideas back to continue strengthening the care and support we provide locally!

We will have the honor of being acknowledged onstage during the 22nd annual Michigan Celebrates Small Business Gala on April 22, 2026.

We spent the day spreading love to our clients all over Ann Arbor, Dexter, and Chelsea with flowers, Dexter Bakery donuts, and handmade Valentine’s Day cards from a local preschool class! 💕

We had a great time celebrating our two 2025 Comfort Keepers Caregiver of the Year recipients, Jason and Sherrie!

Both are beyond deserving of the recognition they received. Jason was also honored with a special shoutout from the Comfort Keepers Home Office during our celebration, which was a meaningful moment for our entire team and a reminder of the impact our caregivers make every day and just how important the work we do really is.

Thank you Sherrie and Jason for being the perfect representation of what we stand for. You bring out the best in your team, your clients and their families! Way to go!

Sometimes care shows up in the most unexpected places.

Comfort Keepers was organically mentioned in the newly-released ‘His & Hers’, currently the #1 series on Netflix, a reminder that conversations around care, aging, and cognitive health are becoming part of everyday life and storytelling.

As the population continues to age, stories that explore the realities of aging, including cognitive health, independence, and the evolving needs of seniors and their families, are becoming an increasingly important part of mainstream culture and entertainment.

At Comfort Keepers, we provide compassionate in-home caregiving services for older adults living with cognitive challenges, helping families navigate these complex moments with dignity, stability and support, at home, where it matters most.
