ATTENTION SNAP AND MISSOURI SUN BUCKS (SEBT) PARTICIPANTS: The Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) approved Missouri’s waiver request to extend the timeframe for households to request SNAP replacement benefits due to a household misfortune, from 10 days to 30 days.
If you lost food purchased with your SNAP or SEBT benefits due to the severe storms, strong winds, tornadic activity and/or power outages on April 2, 2025, and reside in the following counties, you now have until May 2, 2025, to request replacement benefits.
• Cape Girardeau County
• Vernon County
Have you experienced a household misfortune or disaster such as (but not limited to), a fire, flood, power outage* (of 4 or more hours); and do you need replacement SNAP (food stamp) benefits?
