I have traveled the world and attended yoga classes each place I’ve been lately and I am BACK and ready to share yoga with you!!
There’s no place like home-let’s get together this week and beyond! Class times resume this week, Tuesday and Thursday 7AM, 11:30AM and 6PM.

We will host our regular classes on Tues Jan 13th at 7AM and 11:30 ONLY then we will be CLOSED until Feburary 10th.

I will be looking forward to sharing Yoga with you again then, but while away, please consider continuing your practice with another local studio, perhaps Stretch and Strength Studio or the Fitness Connection or with your favorite instructor elsewhere, just keep moving!
