Reiki works with a client’s energetic system, also know as ki or universal life force energy, and aims to re-tune and unblock the communication pathways. When using a therapist’s hands as a conduit for Reiki energy, a client’s energy field is stimulated and the body’s auto healing response gets to work! Over the session or sessions (if a client has chronic issues), the energy field responds and balance is found. This balance promotes physical and psychological healing.
EFT is a set of techniques which utilize the body’s energy meridian points. You can stimulate these meridian points by tapping on them with your fingertips. Tapping provides relief from emotional problems, chronic pain, disorders, addictions, phobias, post traumatic stress disorder, and physical diseases. The body, like everything in the universe, is composed of energy. Restore balance to the body’s energy and one will mend the negative emotions and physical symptoms that stem from the energy disruption. Tapping restores the body’s energy balance, and negative emotions are conquered.
Vibrational Sound Therapy (VST) combines powerful vibration and tones to induce an immediate relaxed state. The induction of the sound waves directly into the body, along with soothing ambient tones, is such a strong treatment that clients report effects ranging from a meditative state to deep relaxation, leaving you feeling mentally and emotionally refreshed.
