[補虛，瀉實]
有虛証才需要補，過剩的反而要瀉。比起季節，體質狀況出現不平衡的時候就需要調理。

[怎麽樣叫補過頭]
天氣冷很多人喜歡吃薑母鴨、羊肉爐、燒酒雞、麻辣鍋等溫熱性食物，但是補過頭就容易出現便秘、上火、流鼻血、長痘痘、燥熱、不正常出汗。

[均衡飲食]
盡量攝取當地、當季的蔬果、原型食物才是食補的首要原則。

[冬季養生]
春生、夏長、秋收、冬藏。早睡晚期，避免不必要的體力勞動，休養生息。

[冬季食材]
冬季五行屬水、色黑、歸腎和膀胱經。深色、黑色的食物例如黑豆、黑糯米/紫米、黑芝麻等就適合在冬季產生滋養的作用。
