Morning light is more than a sunrise — it’s your body’s original rhythm keeper. 🌞Your hormones don’t run on caffeine.

When you step into the day’s first light, your hormones, mood, and focus all sync to the season of life you’re in.

Kids, they just do these things naturally! They know how to flow! Follow their cues and you'll remember that you know it too.

If you can relate to this ... take a breath and know that you are seen. You don't have to go it all alone.

No one talks about the freeze response because it doesn't look dramatic. It looks like someone who still goes to work. Still replies to texts. Still smiles at the right moments. But inside? Numb. Disconnected. Dissociated. Your body's here, but you're not. It's the trauma response that gets praised because it looks like "resilience." But it's not resilience. It's shutdown disguised as stability.

It’s ok to be exactly where you are. Feeling the feelings that are rising is what you need in this moment. Yet you can still choose calm.

Calm activates your personal power. Activates activities from a place of love. Activates your soul to guide your steps.

How do you get from A to B? Make it happen. Real life...everyday. Most choices in an optimized lifestyle is based on the 90/10 rule. It can be a challenge to live in line 100% of the time unless circumstances or specific goals are your driver. If this is you, 10% grace can be encouraging and eliminate the self-sabotage aspect of change. 90% of the time you are kicking some butt and making it happen, making it your life and those other moments are covered by grace. Grace, 10% of the time is grace. However, that grace doesn't mean completely falling off the wagon ;-). Completely reverting to old habits does not build a great foundation. Find the joy in eating~ taste, touch, smell, savor, ritual... Get to know your body, what is right for you to individualize your optimum health and keep yourself happy, healthy and well with a strong body, clear mind and free spirit!
