If you are wondering what a $3o mini consult entails - You tell me your top health goal (ie get rid of exhaustion, reflux, bloating, headaches, insomnia, frequent fight or flight, or start eating healthier, or lose weight) and I will make sure you leave with one DOABLE action step towards that goal.
A formal intake appointment involves filling out paperwork ahead of time and then spending an hour together coming up with a plan. I usually recommend one diet change, one lifestyle change, and supplements where appropriate.
My coaching style is very much to meet people where they're at, so to speak. My goal is to give you a plan that stretches you out of your comfort zone, but isn't just one more pile of stress (we all have enough of that!)
