Sleep is one of the most important things for your body to recover. In my opinion the best way to sleep is on your back, mattress are designed to support our spine when we lay flat on our backs. But recent study suggest 60% of the population sleep on there side which isn’t bad but needs to be ergonomically. The picture notes what is best ergonomic posture for side sleepers.

New year but same hours. The office is open regular hours on Monday and Wednesday from 8-5pm. Those days we take walk-ins as well as regular scheduled appointments.
